While browsing fodder figures for Sebastian I came across Tugboat and knew I had to do Harry too. Sculpted the hair, beard, waistcoat, jacket and sleeves. USed craft foam for the coat tails, hair ribbon and cuffs. Lower legs are from Cottonmouth and hands are from SOTA Gen
