This is my MCU Nick Fury. I recently sold my spare Toys R Us Agents of Shield 3-pack and cannibalized my remaining Nick Fury for a Gambit custom. So, I needed a replacement. I took advantage of the Walgreens sale and bought a Netflix Punisher and Netflix Daredevil for this custom. The parts I used were:
Netflix Punisher: jacket, arms, upper torso
Netflix Daredevil: hands, crotch, thighs, ankle joint, and feet
TRU Nick Fury: head, sweater collar, torso gun holster, thigh gun holster, knees, and calves
I used acetone to remove the punisher logo from the chest and then repainted all the clothes flat black with Tamiya and Model Master flat blacks. I then gloss clear coated the ankle joints and feet. I also repainted the Punisher neck and Nick Fury head to have the same skin tone. The only sculpting I had to do was on the thigh pistol holster. It was originally on the right thigh, but needed to be on the left thigh. So I sanded the details off of one side and re-sculpted them on the opposite side and glued it on. All that was left was to repaint Fury's pistol and give him the Walgreen's Punisher bazooka. All in all it was pretty simple outside of the Punisher crotch refusing to be disassembled.
