I only found one image of this costume while browsing on pinterest, so I don't know when or where this costume was in the comics, but I really liked this version. walgreens punisher with an unknown head from a lot, (possibly from rocketeer) sanded off the hair. used leather for the cape.

There are some great designs on Pinterest. I've considered trying out a few myself. This design is actually really good for Red Tornado! He doesn't get redesigned enough. Looks great!
