The base body is a Brother Voodoo with the pants re-sculpted. The head is Dr. Strange, with a sculpted turban and beard. The hands come from Machine Man. Finally, the sword was made from styrene.

No special technique. I typically just brush on Model Master Acryl Skin Tone Warm straight out of the bottle. For this particular figure I darkened the paint a little, to give him a darker skin tone.
