Based upon the outfit of the same name in the game Bloodborne, this figure includes a saw cleaver which is sculpted onto the left arm and has a creepy bird mask look reminiscent of a plague doctor. The outfit comes from Eileen Crow in the game and this figure has been carefully sculpted to resemble the outfit given to the player.
