I came up with a Schleich Joker figurine for cheap. I cut the head and rose on the jacket, gave them to my old Joker.
The cut was rather easy, I just had to make a proper hole but the plastic was soft enough so it wasn't a pain at all.
Now Mister J. really has a killer look !

Thanks. The sculpt on the Schleich figurine was very sharp, that's why it looks more detailed than an average 4" fig.
