This is a custom MARVEL LEGENDS BLACK PANTHER from the new Black Panther Okoye BAF wave.
The figure was given his Vibranium kinetic energy charged appearance as seen in the film, as well as his exposed eyes when the lenses in the helmet have been flipped up.

Tchalla has been painted with high quality model paints, and then matte coated for protection. He comes with one helmeted head, one unmasked head, and 2 pairs of hands, as shown in the last photo.

The purple paint picks up light for great toy photography in low light settings!
