Doom 2 introduced the mancubus, a overly large demon with giant fire ball cannons on each arm. These guys will pump out more fireballs than anyone cares to handle, typically hitting every around them. Another favorite of mine, I always tried to get these guys to kill everyone

These mancubus figure are fully sculpted on scratch built bases. Used ninja turtle legs for both, two different sets of masher arms, two sigma six heads, four sigma six guns, and Lego bionicles for all the waist and chest articulation (which doesn't really work) the guns do fire but not well
