I remember when I was younger, Tien was my favorite Dragonball character, with Piccolo right behind him. Vegeta initially took a while to grow on me. Now, they're in the opposite order. But, I still have a fondness for Tien. Dude had been outclassed years prior, but still took on Cell in an awesome sequence. Some characters have been released in 3 3/4" lines, so I passed on giving Piccolo and Vegeta a go, but Tien was still open game! I actually used a Namor figure for this, with the lower torso smoothed over with sculpt, and the belt added over that. Legs were from Starlord, with a cast head from AngelForge. It was actually a Daken sculpt, but I sanded away the Mohawk. Full repaint, and done!
