As soon as this idea came to mind, I got excited and immediately jumped onto eBay and purchased a bootleg Nami Variable Action Figure! Too poor to purchase the original (sorry), but I did get the original Wonder Girl DC figure which I used for the head.

Its been a while since I worked with large scaled figures. Figmas are 5.5 inch scaled but since She-Hulk could manipulate her size, I wasn't too particular with height on her.

Anyway, it was really just a matter of sculpting her outfit ontop of Nami's, giving her muscle, changing the head, adding the belt and suspenders, and then painting. Didn't take me too long. The wait for all the parts took the longest time (everything's an import for Aussies).

Oh the hands came from a Figuarts Camera guy (don't remember the proper name). Nami's hands were way to small for a hulk.
