Hey guys! So this custom... oh boy...

With the release of the A-Force Box Set many fans (including myself) thought that at last we would get a better and improved She-Hulk figure, one with her classic colors and costume and with better articulation based on today's standards. Unfortunately it was not meant to be so we got stuck instead with a very lackluster figure that used and outdated mold.

Regardless of this I saw potential in the figure so I decided to get it anyway and improve on it. First was the horrible mold that in turn had horrible articulation, the hips of the figure had that awful "Y" joint that you have to turn in order to pose the legs properly so that definitely had to go. I found a very helpful tutorial on The Fwoosh forums on how to replace these "Y" joints with the more friendly "T" joints that most Legends female figures have nowadays.

Next step was doing something about the proportions, the arms simply looked too small in comparison with the rest of her body so it was time to find suitable replacements. To my surprise, the arms from the Pizza Spidey mold fit perfectly. There's no need to cut or anything you just simply heat and pop the original arms and replace them with the new ones and that was a tremendous relief, plus they don't look too out of place (but I'll let you be the judge of that yourself).

Finally, some paint work on the arms to match the rest of the figure and little touch-ups here and there (I did had to crack the figure open) and the figure was ready. I really love how it turned out, not only does the figure look waaaaay better but now you have almost the best articulation possible in a female figure and very close to that of the Ms.Marvel mold but with double jointed elbows. Anyway, I hope I didn't bore you with all of my mumbo jumbo but I hope even more that you take a look and let me know how you feel about the figure.
