I had to crack open Lex's torso (after removing his jacket) to get the arms out. I boil and popped Poe's arms out (after removing his jacket). The main problem with this was that Poe had teeny tiny shoulder connecting pins. I had to augment the small stubs with parts of a Meccano set (thick rubber o-rings that were sliced into two). A o-ring was glued to the pin, and that build up the remaining shoulder pin enough to allow it to fit into the Lex torso and not fall out.
A lot of my customs with this scale lose their neck connectors or have ill fitting neck connector knobs. Here, like others, I used a Meccano screw in the neck (after drilling small hole into the torso where the neck knob would fit). The screw was logically screwed in (here, also glued in place) and a length of paper clip was wrapped around it to give it added girth. This was further augmented with some masking tape of it. Coulson's head was popped on, along with Poe's jacket.
