Ha! I unknowingly called it! In 2017 no less!
So, in ep. 123's teaser Toei showed Vegeta's form which goes beyond Super Saiyan Blue. He has visibly darker and more true blue hair than Goku's.
Well, I did a repaint of Figuarts SSJ Vegeta sometime last year with dark blue hair. I did it by accident, as I were painting from memory instead of reference pictures, but that still counts!

All of the shades of blue used here were mixed by me.
