As NECA seems hesitant to continue the "Rocky" line, I made my own figure "civil Rocky version!"

The head: Ultimate Rocky IV (NECA)

The body: Ultimate T-800 Tech Noir (NECA)

The boots: T-800 Pescadero escape (NECA)

The dog: Naples Mast (PAPO)

The dog's collar: ?

I reshaped the hat and tightened the left leg.
I had to add hair to find the appearance of Sly in the first movie.
I changed the dog's head and repainted it (it was grey).
I used electric wire for the leash. I was tempted to carve him the green t-shirt, but it's not in the same movie (and Sly doesn't wear the same jacket) and the dog's musculature pleased me.
