I cannot remember the characters name of the G.I.Joe that was used but it was the character Brendan Fraser cameo'd as for the film. Everything is hand painted on the figure including the face however you can only see it in the side shots. The base is again a mix of Ammo Mig Dry earth textured paint and Woodland scenics flock.
