It was funny. These guys changed color depending on what player you were. While Oozie, or Ozzie, whatever it was, here went from fully red to fully blue, Jack Flak only changed his jacket. Pants stayed blue. Anyway, in Rushing Beat, this guy was called Douglas Bild. A much better name than Oswald Nelson. He was a white guy in Japan, but turned black in the US release. A police officer who served as the powerhouse in the game. Working out this Hyperion/Gladiator build mix is what made me push forward with this project. Perfect size for him. Cut the hair off and added a cast hat. Not sure where it came from. Was one of the leftover ones from back when I fixed up my Alpha style M Bison. Grabbed tons of hats trying to find one that would work. Had to cut it, glue it on, and round it out a bit with sculpt. Upper torso, upper legs, and arms all came from Hyperion with the lower torso coming from Gladiator and the lower legs being from Doc Ock. Sculpted the lower torso, gloves, upper arms, upper legs, upper torso, and collar. After all that, a full repaint, and done!
