Since Star Wars is out this week, I wanted to fix up some related figures. On the one hand, it's great that December isn't as crazy with releases as November was. Little more freedom. On the other hand, it can be tricky coming up with themes. This week was set, though. I initially wanted to do a huge run through the Sith, but my schedule for the month was already crazy. And lightsabers can be expensive. Especially red. I did manage to get a couple figures done, though. And maybe eventually I can come back around to other Sith. So many of them have awesome designs. But, Darth Malak won out this time! A very tedious approach to his design. Sculpted the upper legs, torso, and arms. Took a bit to cut all the lines. Skirt piece was from Lady Thor with some sculpt added. Cape was from Captain Phasma, turned inside out. Sculpted up the collar, and added a mouthpiece to a Destro head. Topped off with a red lightsaber, a full repaint, and done!
