Sly is another agent of the Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem (I.e. V.E.N.O.M.). He is a con man, espionage artist, and weapons expert who is often depicted as lazy and tries to nap whenever the opportunity presents itself. He likes an unfair fight, when the odds are in his favor, and regularly complains when things do not go his way.

The parts that I used are listed below:

Head & Body = DCUC Captain Cold
Belt = DCUC Superboy

Sly comes equipped with his mask "Stiletto" which I sculpted to fit over his head.
