As a general rule of thumb, when a person is simply standing, the base of their thumbs will usually lineup with their crotch.

Simply look up images of "human proportions" and shorten the limbs as needed.

Anyway, I think these will look cool with the cloth clothes if you can use better proportions.

Makes me look back on some of the first customs I did when I was but a young lad and did not have so many great figure craftsmen (such as the figurealm provides) to guide me and lead by example. Man I painted with nail polish and had zero articulation after all the crazy glue I applied and did not care about proportion as long as I thought it looked cool in the end. Cuz after all that is who I was making them for. And I loved them although in retrospect they were pretty horrendous... Peoenix26, keep up the diligent work, buddy!!!

Yeah I don’t think I will change it or I will destroy the base since everything is superglued. I always liked a taller figure but I forgot about proportion with head hands and feet. It looks unproportional but I think of it as a unique one of a kind action figure of human torch lol. Thank you for your critique.

The neck is still way too long, as are the arms and legs. The head, hands and feet are too small. I don´t know if this is fixable.

Well the arms may be a little long I tried to make it proportional with the body and that part is not bad. I may improve the neck and thicken it a little with some modeling clay to make it look better. Thanks for the comment it does look a little like he got reeds powers but I always look for ways to improve.
