Head: unmasked Kylo Ren
Body: Black Series Kylo Ren

I wanted to make a battle damaged Kylo Ren so I used the head I made for my Last Jedi Kylo Ren the I cut part of a piece of paper, stuck it on his side with tack, and colored it red to make it look like the blood coming out of his blaster wound. Then I cut part of his soft goods skirt off and then used electrical tape to make the lightsaber slash on his shoulder and arm.
