This is a custom I was asked to make of the character ‘Enchanta’ from She-Ra Princess of Power. However for this one I was asked to make her if she was to appear in a more human form.
Enchanta was released as a steed for the Princess of Power figures back in the 80’s so to transform her into an action was a cool challenge.

To make her in a more human form I thought the vintage Flutterina figure would be perfect to use as a base with the wings from the vintage Angella figure.
Her head & neck were taken from the swan figure that came with the ‘Barbie Swan Lake’ Ken doll.

I started by cutting off Flutterina’s head & re-sculpted her new neck & head onto her body using a product called ‘fixit sculpt’. Her feet were sculpted with the same product.
Next I repainted her entire body using enamel paints.
I then sanded the halo section off the Angella wings & painted them with white enamels. When the white paint had dried I spray painted some pink details to the top section of the wings.
I made her a skirt & necklace to fit in with the look of the other vintage POP figures but also to fit in with the style of harness that was worn by the original Enchanta steed. It was made from pink vinyl, silver holographic tape & pale pink faux fur.
I also gave her some rooted pink doll hair.
To complete her I gave her an old She-Ra shield which I painted silver.
Her articulation points are on her neck, arms, waist & legs. Her wings also have their original flapping feature.
