Fear the Cyborg Superman! This DC villain has entered the world of the Marvel Legends.
This was made from Hasbro Marvel Legends and some Mattel MOTUC parts with some additional sculpting. I used a Death's Head figure for the base. The left arm is from Absorbing Man. The right arm came from Strong-Or. The left leg is from Ultron. His right side was made from MOTUC fodder pieces. The cape came from Thor. Superman chest symbol was from a DC Direct Superman, and belt was cut from a Superman Doomed figure. Finally, his head is a combination of Death's Head and Mattel Dark Knight Returns Superman.

I'm not sure why, but the combination of the Superman and Death's Head head really works. I can easily see that terrifying skeletal grin being under Superman's skin. Amazing work!
