With Madrox getting a release in the Apocalypse wave, I had to revisit some of my fave 90's teams. The head was a Casting Cave special. Loer legs are from an X2 Logan. Sculpted the sleeves and jacket with craft foam for the collar. Effect is borrowed from the Avengers version of Havok.
