Sabretooth was the last Age of Apocalypse figure I finished for the month, but not the last one I'm getting around to sharing. There was one more in the mix. I remade Phoenix, but I didn't want her to be the only AOA female in the mix. I was considering Rogue, or the basic Jean Grey design, but then I stumbled across Polaris. I forgot about her being a part of the universe, as well. Even as more than just a quick cameo. She was one of the many mutants that were enslaved and experimented on by Dark Beast. Her design was simple enough, so I through her in as an extra seventh figure for the month. Sculpted up the sleeves, top of the boots, and her shoulders a bit. Then sanded the head down a ton. They look great, but cast hair doesn't really fit them easily. After a bit I finally got some hair from AvacsLab to fit on her. Full repaint, and done! I'm also pretty sure this is my first Polaris figure. I've always really liked the character, so I need to rectify that at some point.
