I started with Commander Rogers, sculpted the head with a moustache and glasses.
Also sculpted the shirt, tie, sleeves from his coat and lower torso.
Legs are Sandman's, recut and drilled to be a bit shorter.
Coat is Wolverine Origins Sabretooth (I first tried a cast of DCI Gordon's but it broke apart...)
I took me a while but Commissioner James Gordon is a much needed character in the Batman cast...
