This recipe looks easy but boy.... a lot of love went into this figure. I saw a Pintel figure and immediately thought of the Master.

I took a mold of Jack Sparrows open flared shirt and flipped it upside-down for the Master's protruding belly.

I fashion different arms on him, ones that bent at the elbow and glued details fromJack Sparrow's jacket along the arms.

I sculpted around the boots but for the most part the legs were perfect.

I spent hours on the face. It is my favorite by far!! I took a knife and cut a notch in the nose, so I could add on and make it crooked. The smile was already perfect but I altered the lips, chin, and cheeks. The whole sculpt didn't come together until I added the hooded eyelids.

Then I added some uneven facial hair and a glorious comb over.

Lots of fodder for detail.

The over coat was made using a WWE jacket and Thorin's fur. Then I again used Hot glue for the rest of the fur. That was the trickiest part of this custom. I tried sculpting fur but every time it was either too brittle or too stiff. In the end, I loved the hot glue. Quick, easy, and flexible. I will be using that from now on.

I sculpted the hat from scratch out of Sculpty. I used wire in the top for the feathers.
