The circumstances of how this figure came to be are kind of interesting. A long time ago a guy wanted to commission Commander Video from Bit Trip saga, and I got halfway through making it before he cancelled, so I tabled the incomplete toy and pretty much forgot about it. While working on another figure I knocked it over and decided to just finish it. The base toy is mostly one of those NBA minifigures, but only so it would have nicely articulated arms and legs, the cylindrical body itself is the plastic tube that register receipt paper is wrapped around. I hollowed out the middle a bit and cut "sleeves" for the figure's limbs to fit through.
