I used a toy biz helms deep Gimli as the base resculpted the face a bit
The armor is a mix of plastics rubber and sculpey
The skirt is made from fabric
The helmet is is made from the one that came with the figure and then sculpted on top on it
The axe was one of the axes that he came with the figure then used another axe head and glued it on
And then painted it all with Vallejo paints
