I'm always surprised how popular a villain this guy is. I've been asked to make him a bunch of times. I feel like I have the design down to a T now. I feel like he's the surprisingly popular member of the Serpent Society, but he was a standalone villain there for a while, and has been on a few different incarnations of the Masters of Evil. So yeah, it makes sense. I need to make a new Puff Adder. He was always my favorite serpent based villain. The head was a cast from AngelForge. The rest was a full repaint, and all finished up!
