Robocop is a classic and i never liked the paint apps on neca`s robocop figures so i repainted the nes flame thrower robocop tamiya chrome silver and added slight blue and pink highlights in places, i colour sanded and clear coated in gloss to give a metal effect and i also did a flame blast effect for the end of his auto-9 pistol to give a shooting effect looks a lot more movie inspired. Maybe they look okay on a phone or something, but they don't look that great on a computer screen.
Lower the ISO as much as you can.
Use Macro setting if you have it.
Use a tripod if you can.
Try the Auto settings on the camera, that usually does a decent job of getting the contrast right, but sometimes has trouble photographing metallic/reflective things.
The pics you took for "They Live alien" look a lot better, try to recreate that setup.
