I'd picked up the 10" Disney Store exclusive Black Widow, with the express hope to put her outfit on a 12" figure. Almost everything fit, except the boots- I'd need a Hot Toys foot connector for that. In lieu, I used boots from a Princess Leia Speeder Bike figure. They fit nicely. Her hands are from CY Girl Nikki.
The gauntlets had the blue bolts removed, and everything slid nicely on the CY Girl style body. The head is from a Barbie with the hair cut short. I was trying for her shorter hairstyle, but it doesn't have much waviness. Still, I'm glad I could have Natasha join the ranks of my figures.
