This character conception was born after The end of Fallout 1,when The Vault Dweller was expelled from Vault 13. He needed to survive in the Wasted Land, and his health was aggravated after a fight against slavers. In that battle, Sullik, The barbarian seer, was killed. In dreams, Sullik told to The Dweller that he could help his old friend in the harsh times ahead. So he took his friend skull and used as a charm (as Sullik as did with his grampy bone). Was Sullik's skull who told hum ejete to find the oxygen cillinder, necessary to his survival. This was some time before he became The Protector God from Arroyo.
