So full disclosure, this was an attempt a number of years ago when I started a Star Wars run (before the Black Series started) and it was my version of the Rancor monster. The head was a Venom, I think from the 12 inch Icon. Can't be sure since he was part of a fodder lot I won a long time ago. I added a couple of horn pieces from Maestro's helmet to his jaw, then sculpted the rest of the head. I built up his spine to create more of a ridged spine and then the tail. I cut of the middle finger and the glued them to the outside of his hand. I recently sold him as a generic Dr Strange demon/monster.
