One thing is for certain, he holds no love for the murderers, bandits, and criminals that call the Wastes their home. The scum of the badlands have learned to walk away slowly when the golden glint of his mask's lenses are spotted. Often times, a gift or token of goodwill is left behind. Not that it will do them any good. Death finds them all in the end. Death follows the Wastewalker.

Lots of time, money and effort went into this figure. I took lots of inspiration from films like Terminator, Mad Max, Book of Eli, and games like Wasteland 2, Fallout, Borderlands, and Shadowrun.
