B-Team Dwarves!!!!

NOTE: Oin has a braid across the top of his head. I made it. And have added it. But took these pics before. My phone camera broke, so I will update this figure when I get a new phone.

I was originally going to make Oin using the Celebration Gimli but the face was really too small compared to my other figures. So I opted to use his hair and beard. I used an exacto-knife to cut the face out and then shaved the beard VERY thin. For the back of the head, I cut as much as I could, safely, and then used a hand drill and round bur to grind the hair out.

I bought a Hornswoggle figure and totally recommend it. The face is perfect. All I had to do is add a big nose, crinkled forehead, and wild eyebrows. The expression on the Hornswoggle figure is perfect!

For the body, I removed the arms and feet and then cut and rounded the lower leg joint. The top of the shirt is made from a Dr. Who Brannigan firgure. The belt and kilt from Captian Jack Sparrow. The feet are from El Torito, they didn't fit but miliput filled the gap.

The Cape is from Gimli and the hood is from a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

I used milliput on the lower arm and a coat of paint!!
