I picked up a Mordo on clearance to use as a base for my custom Hand Ninja. The hood is from the Homecoming Spider Man figure and the head is from Fantomex. I used Vallejo flat red to repaint him.

I did similar things. I found them to be great, Dr Strange wave, for ninjas.

Your custom looks very well done. May I ask where or rather what you used for the weapons and straps?
