This may be some of the most fun I've had on a commission in quite some time. My client wanted a figma style Hotline Miami with the chicken and unicorn masks some bloody weapons and some light blood spatter in himself.
I'm not entirely sure what the base actually was since my client provided that. I sculpted the shirt details and thickened out the legs some with green stuff. The jacket and arms were from a figuarts Harley Quinn with a lot of sculpt applied to the jacket and to thicken up the arms some. Go the heads were sculpted onto some 3.75 fodder legs with procreate.
The sword was made from some metal with a sculpted hilt and the bat from Harley. I'm not sure where the gun and axe came from, just fodder on those.
I had never sculpted animal heads before, so this was definitely a learning process, but a very fun one.
Thanks folks.

How is it working with figmas? Is paint rub still a major issue?

Some sections definitely have some issues with paint rub. The joints can be iffy. Some sanding prior to painting helps, but some of the more flexible parts can be a pain. I sanded and added thin layers of glue to some of the trouble spots. Aside from that, they are great to work on as everything cones apart easily, but the rub requires some tricks, and even then can still be problematic.
