I actually did three versions of this guy. He's one of those size altering villains. I did three versions of another one of those a couple years ago or so. Tower, I believe. BION here was created by Lex Luthor to battle the Legion of Superheroes and specifically Superboy. And that's about it. He doesn't really have a lot of back story. So, on to the creation! Cape was from Grim Reaper with the collar bit cut away. Head was from Mysterio with very light alterations to match it up a little better. The rest was a full repaint and done!
