Took an ML Emma Frost Diamond I got from toys r us for $0.75 and stripped the hair off. sanded the body down where the clothes were, then got to work. the head was sculpted over to be accurate to the movie version. the entire dress was also sculpted with craft sculpt. the hat was from the collar piece of longshot. the paint was tricky since the base was clear. started with flat black of course, then did the arms light skin tone, then dry brushed the clothes. then went over the skin with a good dry brushing of brown, followed by dry brushing of skin tone. same with the head except more brown for a better scarred/burned look. the blood splatter made me dizzy. dipped the brush in dark red paint, then blew really hard onto the figure to make it actually splatter. the pics don't do it justice, the camera made everything brighter, cuz it's actually quite dark. if I get the camera to do what it's told I'll change the pics. I wanted to give this one my own touch, such as the knee highs and elbow length gloves and the sleeveless dress. enjoy!
