Extensively re-sculpted body parts from Jakk's Pacific Wrestling characters, combined with re-sculpted 8-inch MEGO, body parts, combined with an altered Dukes of Hazard Boss Hogg MEGO head sculpt, together form a super-articulated "fat man" body (Oswald Cobblepot) for a brand I call 9Art (as in 1:9 scale art). All costume items personally patterned, sculpted, assembled, and custom fabricated by my hand. THE PENGUIN features a completely custom fabricated costume consisting of a custom tailored MEGO black tuxedo and tails, white tuxedo shirt, pinstriped purple trousers, yellow silk waistcoat, black dress sox, and spats. 8 inch Flattwold DRACULA provided a nice pair of black, wing-tipped dress shoes
