"After being rejected by the Legion of Super-Heroes..." words I've been seeing a lot of lately. Those guys were really picky. All because he couldn't control his ice powers. He ended up leading the Legion of Substitute Heroes for a while before finally earning his acceptance on the main team. Built this guy off the Infinite body. I've done a few random characters on the JLU build. I might try a few non requested designs on the Infinite build at some point. Sculpted up the gloves, belt, boot cuffs, collar, and straps across the torso. Head was from Lex Luthor with the helmet sculpted on. Full repaint, and done!
