This was a fun one to work on. I just took a bunch of parts and made a frankenstien. The upper body is DC Mutant Leader with Mongul Arms, Marvel Select Venom Hands, cod piece from the 200x Skeletor, Cotton Mouth Legs with the Mutant leader feet and the staff is from the Skeletor mini. The head is an original sculpt and the chest harness is a scratch build. Lot's of airbrushing with bright colors to really bring out the 200x cartoon style.
