Dr. Reginald Bushroot was always a push over and a victim of bullying until one day he transformed himself into a half duck half plant creature. I wanted to make bushroot more creature then anything so I decided go with a marvel legends blackheart for the base body. I also used a vintage bushroot for the head and tail. I sculpted the midsection and I sculpted over the feet. I wanted make a realistic bushroot but also stay true to the cartoon so decided paint his head in a more of a cartoon style and his body more realistic.
