Kite Man! Hell yeah!

I don't know much about this guy. He shows up in the current Tom King Batman run as a punchline and it's hilarious. I believe this is his 90s/early 2000s costume with a touch of his newest thrown into the mix. It's just ridiculously awesome. I pretty much made him over one night just for the hell of it.

The kite is entirely scratch built.
