This time manipulating villain is one of the strongest foes the Legion of Superheroes have had to deal with. He was also great at retcons. And...that's about all I know to say about him. One of the cooler more obscure characters I've been asked to fix up. Ended up going with the Gandalf body since I was already going to be losing a lot of articulation by sculpting over the Marvel build. Added a bunch of sculpt to the bottom of his robe to both increase his height and give him the shredded look. Sculpted up the belt, and over the straps from his hilt. Head was from Destro, with the hood sculpted over it. Full repaint, topped off with an hourglass from the 6" Hourman, and done!
