Base Captain America (night mission, head, shoulder and chest sanded with dremel. Few hacks around body with a craft knife. Painted using citadel paints, additional details sculpted using milliput. Waist band armour made from some elastic and a tyre repair patch. Really happy with how Darth Sion turned out after being inspired by some other great customs on this site.
