A tribute to my favorite character (so far) from SciFi's The Expanse.
I was originally inspired to do this when I saw a Titanfall figure at my local box store that I thought would work well for Miller in his compression suit, the severe poses that McFarlane makes all they're figures with proved too challenging for me.
The Leoben head was not my first choice, but it worked ok. Dremmeled the Mohawk. Widened cheeks and narrowed eyes with green putty. For the body, I shaved down the large western boots, shortened the coat, added lapels and a collar and toned down the heavy texture of the "fabric" with 150g sandpaper. Miller's signature pistol was made out of a McFarlane Rick Grimes .44
I attempted to make Joe Miller's signature fedora out of Jonah's western hat. but the results were...shameful.
