Another character from the Infinite Crisis event. Seriously, I forgot how many random characters popped up during that. And how many new ones were made. He was the son of two Atlantean gods and was the first Lord of Atlantis. A slightly tricky design with some of the details, but overall pretty easy to work out. Swapped out the lower legs for Cap to have the boot cuffs, and gave him bracelets from Wonder Man. Sculpted up the full upper torso, the collar, the sleeves, and the belt. Also added a little to the bracelets, and added more hair to the head, which was a cast from AvacsLab. The cape was from Grim Reaper, cut down to fit. Glued it to his back, sculpted up the accessory, full repaint, and done!
