I needed an unmasked variant of Scarecrow so I gave it a try. I bought a Winter Soldier head off of eBay and shaved down the excess hair with a pen tool, sculpting as I went. Then I took a pair of Jim Gordon glasses and carefully scraped the paint off of the rims so they would look like frame less glasses. After that I just painted and glued the glasses in place. The Scarecrow mask is a hollowed out head cut in half. Thanks for taking a look!
