Found this species while looking through a handbook for the old republic. Liked the look so much that I had to have one, since its not likely to be made otherwise. surprisingly, he came together fairly quikly.

recipe: head- DCUC Parasite
torso- GOW creaturre
legs- NECA Predator (feet carved out)
lower arms- Raziel (soul reaver)
pants- cloth
sash- Lucifer (dark alliance)
